The property was easy to get too. Loved the king room. Nice big king bed, bathroom was magnificent with glass shower doors and beautiful large sink and plenty of space to fit all your toiletries and etc. Had a desk and a lounge chair in the corner to watch TV. I enjoyed my stay

The bed was comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was not good so we didn't eat there after the first day. They didn't provide room maintenance until the end of the 2nd day. Seemed overpriced and had a very small tv in the room as well.

When I went to check in the manager was engaged in a shouting match with two people. I didn't bother staying. I went to another hotel

Very Comfortable
The room was large and comfortable. The mattress and pillows were very comfortable. There was an extra blanket in the closet which was helpful.

First off, on our way to the hotel, we were informed they had low water pressure so it would be impossible to take a shower. By the morning there was no water whatsoever nor was there an estimate of when they would have running water. Apparently they knew there was a blockage in the pipes. We were told they didn’t start working on the pipes until 2am, you would think a hotel that was almost at full capacity would take care of the pipes asap. We had booked the hotel through *******. ******* attempted for almost 48 hours to try to get us a refund, which the hotel management would agree to. They knew due to a water outage they would be getting bad reviews, you’d think they do something to compensate for the inconvenience this would cause for their guests

房间干净舒适，除了浴室。墙上有洞，卫生纸架松动，最糟糕的是：淋浴间的玻璃门在我洗澡的时候根本关不上。显然，这个问题影响了好几位客人，因为靠近地板的墙壁/墙纸上都有水渍。真是个烦人的问题。
我想给五星好评，因为员工服务真的太棒了。我们离开的时候我把手表落在了房间里，回家路上才发现。我打电话给前台，工作人员立刻就去我的房间找到了，并交给了家人寄给我。我真是松了一口气。缺点是走廊没有空调。幸好房间里有，但那天我们正准备参加父亲的葬礼，走进走廊的时候感觉非常闷热。我们的床单上有污渍，看起来像是指甲油或化妆品。除此之外，一切都很干净。
房间干净、安静、舒适，空调吹出的冷气正好驱散了炎热的白天和夜晚的寒意。员工热情友好、乐于助人、健谈。早餐新鲜美味，周边环境也十分优越。酒店位置便利，方便前往我们行程中的所有活动地点。
房间非常干净，我必须夸夸床单被罩有多干净！我住过很多酒店，毛巾、床单和床罩从来没有这么干净清爽过。
