The room wasn’t ready at 5:00 pm , had to wait for it to be cleaned. No apologize. Parking lot full of trash. I went to the desk for extra pillows and the girl said she was busy and would call my room, 45 minutes later I went back to the desk and she had forgotten. Conditioner in shower empty. No laundry bag. No apologies for anything 😡 I felt like an inconvenience to be there.
Location was convenient, room was large.
Absolutely would not return .

The property is not in good shape. Our bathroom had what looked like mold or mildew in the shower. The beds were nit very comfortable. The breakfast was limited. The pool was closed but there was no prior notification.

My stay here wasn’t the best ! I was here on business and the room was not as tidy as I’d like it to be . I took pictures of every piece of hair I found in the showers and towels . The hot water didn’t work in our room and we informed the young lady at the desk about it but she seemed to not have a solution to that problem. The following morning on my first stay the cleaners came through knocking on all the doors who may have checked out and slammed the doors constantly while I was trying to sleep. It was to the point that I had to just get up and leave for the remainder of the morning so I wouldn’t hear the slamming of the doors throughout the hall. Also the elevator on the second floor doesn’t have a proper working down button so I had to take the stairs my entire trip !!! All in all I would never stay here again

The room needed better maintenance. Lamp shades were just propped in place and dusty. We had holes in the tile in the shower. You can see where they tried to fix it but very shotty job.

It was an ok stay. Room services can be better. IT states that they do room service every other day, but they never came to give us new towels/washcloths or take the trash out. Lack of pillows, and the bed is unforgivingly hard. But the Staff was friendly and it was convenient near shopping centers and the highway.

Not sure how its a 2.5 or 3 star place.....maybe a 1 or 2 at best. Place needs a full face lift, the room i got had a weird smell and looked very old specially the carpet.

We stayed there several times they treat as well property is in good condition anything we asked when they take care of for us definitely recommend them

Property is certainly showing signs of decline. No down button at 2nd floor elevator doors. Gym door broken. Only one treadmill and it was broken. Room door really needs a paint job. Not greeted at check in. Only spoke after I started talking to him. I’m glad I was pleasant because it seems like he was waiting to see my energy first. Not what I’m used to from Hilton properties.
