Wonderful stay! Check in was easy we were greeted warmly by front desk staff. Easy parking. Room was spotless and smelled like bleach clean!

staff was nice amenities were Nic but after staying for 5 days at Hampton Inn in Toronto this hotel is looking a bit shabby and needs some attention

Had to wait a long time to be checked in at front desk last night. The staff was very friendly though. Room was clean. Breakfast was pretty decent for what you’d expect.

The air conditioner did not work in our room made running noise but no air was circulating in the room. It was after hours on the first night, went down to the front desk, very nice staff offered to call in the maintenance but it was late, and I had small children. They gave me a fan as the hotel was fully bookedl. the next day it was still not fixed. Upon check out I mentioned it and they tried to give me a discount, however my card was charged the full amount. One of my little ones spilled hot tea on the floor, a towel was grabbed to clean it up, and the towel was black with dirt out of the carpet.

I did not have breakfast so I can’t comment on that. However, being a bit of a clean freak, I did notice how dirty the hallway carpet was. My room appeared to be clean. The shower soap and shampoo smelled very nice.

Shower was great. Room was comfortable. Walls are a bit thin and being close to the elevator resulted in more noise outside our door than we expected
