All staff whether behind the desk, housekeeping, maintenance, breakfast servers were so friendly and helpful. They seemed to be genuinely concerned that their guesses were taken care of.

This is an older facility, BUT, it is very clean, the beds are comfortable, the shower was great, very good breakfast, and the staff are just the nicest.

We enjoyed a great breakfast each morning. The staff behind the counter were very helpful and friendly. I would recommend staying here and I will probably stay here next time we travel to Branson!

Staff particularly. EVERYONE we encountered was very polite and helpful. I was very impressed with the breakfast hostess. Many times they are not helpful. This young lady was very helpful, polite and just a genuinely nice person.
The room was also clean and convenient. Breakfast was good. Seemed all of the tables wobbled. Crowded but we were mostly able to get what we needed. Maybe need two waffle machines.

Great location!! Close to area attractions. Andrew was excellent in his recommendations. Very clean and the breakfast can't be beat.

I really enjoyed the free breakfast option, saved me from trying to find options elsewhere, the staff were very friendly, and the room service was excellent!
