The staff was courteous, but the room was somewhat unclean, which we attributed to it being pet-friendly. The hotel was located quite a distance from downtown Tacoma. Overall, the experience was acceptable; however, it was somewhat expensive relative to the amenities provided.

The room and bathroom were clean, and there was no unpleasant smell. The air conditioner was a bit noisy, so I turned it off at night. The coffee selection was great, and the food was quite good. The staff were very friendly and made my stay comfortable.

The overall stay was good. The only thing was 1 of the 2 side gates to the parking lot being opened when we first got there and then not being opened the rest of our stay. The parking lot could get tight when cars were going both directions.

There was a nice variety for breakfast. My kids lived the sausage and waffles and i was happy they actually ate!

干净整洁，欢朋这个品牌算此次美国行程中比较多订的了，主要有微波炉 冰箱等。一方面酒店也比较整洁，一方面酒店提供早餐，早餐果汁应该有掺水，其他还行，就是正常的美式早餐。另外押金退款比万豪快。基本第二天就到账。准备申请一个欢朋会员卡，以后会一直预定
酒店很新，设施也很完善。早餐稍微简单了些。整体还算不错。
服务非常好，员工都超级友善，设施也很棒，食物也很美味。百分百推荐！
