酒店回复: Hello, this is not exactly accurate unfortunately, per our companies policy a room is not guaranteed until the credit card on file is authorized. Your card declined early in the day. My AGM per my orders, called you more than once and left messages for you to call by 3 pm to confirm the room with a credit card or we would sell the room, you had your room until your card declined, if you would have called with a new card you would have still had your room, we cannot hold a room all day without payment. Which is why we sold the room. Once you did not call, your room went back into inventory and sold, which completed our sellout. So thank you for the review and for allowing me to clear this up in case there was any confusion.

Lady that checked us in was best I've ever encountered. She was super friendly, and passed along all the check in information.
One thing I didn't like is your LAME washcloths. Where did you buy them? Ollies? Way too tiny.

Could be cleaner
Room could've been cleaner. There was a dirty towel left on the back of the bathroom door, and my son found old candy on the floor.

我们房间的门，以及我们团里其他许多人的房间门，都极其难开。每次都感觉得用力推才能打开。我们的淋浴间被头发堵住了，排水不畅。我们反映情况后，有人立即过来修好了。工作人员都非常友好，乐于助人。酒店旁边有一个加油站，但步行范围内没有其他可以吃饭的地方。
我们住的房间浴室的一盏灯漏水了。后来发现楼上的房间也被水淹了。水溅到了我们的东西上。酒店不肯让我们搬走，说灯里的水没事。不仅如此，泳池也太脏了，看起来好像没人清理过。水是绿色的，还有一股难闻的气味。从来没有人来房间清理垃圾，或者给我们换毛巾什么的。工作人员似乎很喜欢我们。他们会跟着我们从车里走到房间。每次我们出门走向电梯（电梯好像是往外走的），总能碰到一位工作人员，你知道吗，他们也和我们去同一个地方。即使他们只是去外面呼吸新鲜空气。当我们洗完澡准备回去的时候，酒店里有一位工作人员在等我们，并护送我们回房间，这真是太好了。
我确认的预订没有被确认，你们的房间已经被订满了！我以为是通过第三方供应商*******预订的，*******两次向我收取了1.39美元的费用，但当晚却没有房间了。
床垫不舒服。我觉得太硬了。第二天晚上，有孩子在走廊里跑来跑去，尖叫着敲打墙壁，直到凌晨3点半左右。除此之外，一切都很好。
