Excellent staff and the room was spacious and comfortable seating. It’s always nice when there are places to sit other than the bed, to read a book! I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

renovations were recently made and the place looked really nice. We were given the wrong room key and had to go back t o the desk for assistance. The TV came in well with extra channels from previous visits. Breakfast was not good. The sausages had gone bad!! Some things were omitted from the room, no clock, no towel bars.

这次住宿真是哪哪都不愉快。我花全价住的酒店居然在施工，所有的一切都像是在虚假宣传。没有一个员工穿制服。早餐也像是前一天剩下的，感觉他们就是去Costco随便买点东西，而不是从Sysco那样正规的供应商那里订货。热华夫饼居然用泡沫塑料盘子装！
泳池边没有椅子，我被告知直接坐在地上，房间里没有洗衣机/烘干机，所有地方都脏兮兮的！！！
有一次我回房间的路上，晚班前台那个服务员冲着我大声质问我要带着狗去哪儿，还说我不准上三楼。第二天晚上，同一个人又再次盘问我从哪里来。
我还被酒店经营者们的争吵声吵醒了，他们在我房门外用一种听不懂的语言大声争执。（这感觉非常不安）
酒店的经营者看起来不是美国本地人，存在巨大的语言障碍，而且对卫生的观念也大相径庭。一个人认为的干净，在另一个人看来可能就不是，有些人能接受苍蝇落在食物上，但我不能。
我付的100美元押金没有退还给我，很可能就是因为我投诉到了公司总部。如果你向特许经营商反映问题，他只会找各种借口，根本不承担责任。
我们到的时候，酒店的床单和毛巾都很脏，而且没有清洁人员来换。他们给了我们新的床单，但床单又脏又破。房间里弥漫着霉味。
我房间的门框和门框不匹配，留了一块空地，走廊里发生的一切我们都能听到。他们给我妈妈安排了一间已经有其他客人住的房间。总之，我以后不会再去了。
不幸的是，我们到达时，床单很脏，而且没有清洁人员来换。所以前台给了我们临时床单。临时床单又破又脏。这家酒店装修很差，我房间的门框不合，只能向外开。房间里弥漫着霉味和烟味。我母亲也住在这里，他们给她安排了一间已经有人住的房间。说实话，我不会再住这家酒店了。
房间很脏，淋浴间有头发，床单很脏，地板很脏，不推荐，但是游泳池很干净
