Older hotel for sure. Got locked out of hotel very late at night in the freezing cold and then locked out of room because key cards were working. Front desk lady blamed me; said I must have “bumped” the key card. Yeah, ok…! Problem was the other key card we had also didn’t work and the two other key cards for the other people in our party, in a different room, didn’t work either. But getting an attitude from the staff late at night blaming the customer for 4 key cards going to 2 different rooms was super awesome. Really makes me want to book here again. Not. Breakfast was a hassle requiring you to stand in line EACH DAY at the front desk to get a piece of paper saying you could eat breakfast. Refused to give us their little breakfast tickets for each day. Nope. Make you line up like cattle to eat a hotel buffet that was the usual leaving a lot to be desired those of affair.

Everyone was kind and friendly. The rooms were clean and the pool area was open for great hours to get the most of it! I was just disappointed that the hot tub was out of order.

We were pleasantly surprised at how nice the Radisson in Fond Du Lac was! We stayed for one night and enjoyed the quick check in process, the bar tenders were awesome and the room was nicely updated!

The hot tub was not functioning. Apparently it had been broken for some time and thete were not plans to fix it. This was frustrating since we were looking forward to this amenity.

The front desk staff was amazing and very friendly. The hot tub was out if order. We were looking forward to soaking. The water in our room was very cloudy and smelled of chlorine. Had to use bottled water to make our coffee and brush our teeth. When we tried to open the refrigerator it actually pulled right out of the cabinet! Not secured at all and very unsafe. The property is nice but very outdated. Probably would not stay again.

This hotel is older and tired. The hallways reeked of chlorine. Breakfast would have been good had it been hot. My French toast and bacon were cold. Our room was nicely decorated, but the bathroom was odd. It had a large handicap hand rail next to the toilet, but you had to climb into a tub to shower.
