Check in was fast and friendly. Our requests were accommodated. Breakfast was actually pretty good for a standard hotel breakfast. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable.

Great stay !
Great hotel in a cute town. Ample parking. Room was clean and comfortable. Reception staff was wonderful. She was cheerful, nice , friendly and helpful!
Breakfast was ok. Coffee machines used fresh costa grounds. They offered egg white omelette which was tasty.
Overall a very pleasant stay

Wonderful Hotel
The hotel was super clean. The gentleman that check us in was friendly and super helpful. My wife wanted a bath after a long day on the motorcycle. He changed our room to one that a bath and upgraded us as well. Great service!!

What was very strange is for the front desk to be unwilling to give quarters to use the washing machines and to have the vending machines only use dollar bills. How about installing a coin change machine in the laundry or synchronize all the machines to take dollar bills?

Not as promised
I was very disappointed with my stay. I paid a lot more money for this hotel because it had a pool and hot tub. When we got there it was closed. Breakfast was limited and just okay, the pancake maker was closed as well. They were painting the building and the entrance that the clerk askes me to use was closed due to construction.

Entry door from parking lot had broken latch thus NO security from general public coming in.
Housekeeping came at 7:50 a.m.!
Refrigerator motor kept me from sleeping so I turned on AC fan to "continuous fan" and tried that but couldn't sleep with noise. Guest upstairs walked/stomped across room while he was awake. No sense of courtesy.

Great base for exploring
Lander is amazing. Sinks Canyon State park and Shoshone National Forrest are amazing. Fun to hike many lengths and levels of difficulty- so something for everyone. The Loop scenic drive is breath taking. The hotel was friendly and comfortable. Cute downtown with shops and restaurants. The hotel had breakfast and a Starbucks nearby.
