This is the second time I have stayed here and I love it. The hotel is close to a big mall and lots of food options. The hotel rooms are large and very very clean. I recommend this hotel.

We had one very friendly front desk person and very personable..
He work d mainly in the afternoons. The morning person wouldn't even make contact with us.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very quiet even though it’s close to the freeway. The guy working the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Nice, conveniently located hotel if you’re staying in or around the Woodlands.

Family friendly clean room staff was friendly. The only thing was the housekeeping we received was not amazing since all they did was make the beds. No trash was taken out etc

我的孩子打电话要毯子时，前台员工态度非常粗鲁，甚至还骂了我6岁的女儿。她把毯子送来后，再次粗鲁无礼。尽管酒店本身很不错，但这让我们的入住体验非常不愉快。
