The room was average. Smelled like cat. Repairs that had been done was very unprofessional for Marriott standards. Staff was very nice and had a joyful attitude

The staff were kind and helpful. The room was nice for a short stay. If I would have been staying longer than a weekend I probably would have looked somewhere else. Not a bad place tho.

The hotel needs updating especially in the bathrooms. The light fixture in room 212 was stained as if a water stain. The bathroom needed painting and sheet rock repair. There is no vent in the bathroom. Lastly the room has a gap between the door of the room and the hallway. This caused a lot of concern for security and noise in the toom. A towel was placed under the door to help decrease the noise from the hallway.
With that said, the stay was not horrible. The room was clean. The bathroom needs updating. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Katherine in housekeeping was amazing and seemed to genuinely care about making sure the customers had all of their needs met. We will be back.

2 elevators…. one was blocked out of service and the other one was on and off…. had to walk stairs to 3rd floor and stairwells didn’t feel safe for a single woman….. when working extremely slow….. Jyst did t seem like a priority to them…..

We realize that it was an inconvenience for everyone but we did all we could to help anyone with the problem of going up or down the stairs until the repairman arrived.

The property is old... The main lobby and common areas are nice but they forgot to upgrade the rooms. My room had a very bad smell and there was no shampoo, conditioner and body soap in the shower (the bottles were completely empty).
