When my associate went to check out the card was not on file and I had to call back into the property to pay and check her out.

I always wonder about the cleanliness of the bedsheets, but Candlewood surprised me. My sheets were white and clean! There were no stains and no unwanted lint or hair. the front office staff and housecleaners were welcoming and friendly. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in La Porte.

Room had multiple Sheetrock repairs that weren’t complete. Small holes throughout walls, ceiling. No smart TV, stuck with DISH network. People yelling and slamming doors all night in the hallway. DO NOT SATY HERE!

On the 4th floor the shower would have to run for 20 minutes before the water would get hot.
I stayed for 3 nights and the maid never showed up to clean the room.

Check in was smooth and staff was friendly. The hotel had an odor about it that couldn’t quiet place. Room was clean however the toilet ran half the night, the odor in the room gave me a headache. It was a smell of oil, rubber, it was nasty. Still trying to get the smell out of my nose. A/C wasn’t cooling as well as it should. Won’t be back to that one.

Stayed for 7 days ,property, staff , amenities,location were wonderful but room had humid smell . Had cockroach in room and spider in toilet.Drainage and shower was slow.

Needs some spray.
Only stayed overnight for convenience to sporting venue, early next morning. Didn make use of many amenities.
Saw, and killed, cockroaches in the kitchen area. Sure to be off putting.

就价格而言,我本来期待更好的体验。我们入住的第一个房间的地毯感觉很潮湿,小厨房周围有蟑螂。我们随后被转移到第二个房间,石膏板有裂缝,主房间的模具丢失。浴室柜损坏,皂液器头坏了,浴缸上有污渍,淋浴杆生锈,马上就要从墙上掉下来了。不过,工作人员真的很乐意与我们打交道(似乎他们知道酒店有问题,但却无法控制)
房间闻起来很霉味,可能是漏水问题。水槽没有橡胶垫,你可以直接看到水槽排水口。床单干净清新。浴室干净,有洗发水等。总体来说还可以。2.5 星(满分 5 星)。
