The best and courteous staff I’ve ever encountered. Everything was excellent. The only thing that could be better was the thin walls between our room & the next. We heard wake up alarms, voices, and speaker phone conversations.

The power went out Sunday night and there was no one at the desk for hours. My girlfriend, who was on crutches at the time, had to descend a dark stairwell. We could not contact anyone or find a manager anywhere. The cleaning staff were arguing and literally fighting in the lobby. It was a total disaster.

Stayed for niece’s wedding in Eatonton. Quiet, wonderful breakfast. Walls were a little thin. No complaints.

Facility was an old and needing updates. Floors in room where very dirty feeling. Systems not working properly when I arrived. Clerk wanted to take a picture of my credit card. I said no. He wanted to write it down. I said no. He waived the fee. As a Hilton Honors customer I shouldn’t have to do that. Cable and phones out. He resolved that quickly. Just not a great experience

Nice three night stay. Easy check-in and checkout, clean comfy room, great location. Also I noticed many e-car drivers recharging using a bank of 6 chargers.

Hotel is nice enough, housekeeping needs work
The carpets down the halls were sticky from a spill in the elevator that was left there for at least the 12 hours I was there. My sandals actually stuck as I walked the hall. The entire elevator floor was like stepping in taffy.
