The staff were wonderful. The hotel and the room was clean, all staff we interacted with were courteous and helpful. The breakfast was perfect. Some areas for improvement: The shower door would not slide open, the bed was not very comfortable, and the iron in the room was not functioning properly (leaking water all over the clothes I attempted to iron rather than steam). Also, 1 of the 2 room keys did not function.

Jessica was a great host and was attentive. The coffee was good. There should be vegetarian options for breakfast (hash browns, plant based items).

Most staff are exceptional as I visit annually but there are new staff members that arent as kind. It would always be great for people to be prepped when yearly events happen in the area to be ensure you keep your customer base as more updated hotels around the area are being built. We respect you always and appreciate most of the people weve come to know over the years.

到了门口就被放电了，直到第三次尝试才用卡工作，下去寻求帮助，他们上去给锁电池充电，床无人看管，另一张床沾满了血，我有下楼去投诉，他们给了我很多床单和毯子让我做换衣服的工作，我无言以对，地板又粘又脏，真难看，谢天谢地，只住了一晚，早餐很差可怜，孩子们也不吃东西，一切都味道不好。
