Jessica was a great host and was attentive. The coffee was good. There should be vegetarian options for breakfast (hash browns, plant based items).

Most staff are exceptional as I visit annually but there are new staff members that arent as kind. It would always be great for people to be prepped when yearly events happen in the area to be ensure you keep your customer base as more updated hotels around the area are being built. We respect you always and appreciate most of the people weve come to know over the years.

I forgot my phone charger in the room. The hotel contacted me and offered to mail it back to me if I needed it. They held it and I picked it back up on my way home.
The hotel was much nicer than anything inside of Atlanta and in every way.

I loved, this property, it was very clean. Beverly checked me in, she was very friendly, great personality and very professional. I would definitely stay at this property again.

I wasn’t even able to check in. They cancelled my reservation and I was even notified. I came in from Savannah at 12 midnight and had no where to stay. They never even called to say why my reservation was cancelled.

Overall stay was okay. The bulb in hall light needed replacing. It blinked fast and constant. I could not use it unless I wanted to have a seizure. The body wash bottle was empty and the iron cord was not wrapped up. Nothing so serious that I wanted to leave but things could have been better. The breakfast was good except the potatoes. They were not done.

到了门口就被放电了，直到第三次尝试才用卡工作，下去寻求帮助，他们上去给锁电池充电，床无人看管，另一张床沾满了血，我有下楼去投诉，他们给了我很多床单和毯子让我做换衣服的工作，我无言以对，地板又粘又脏，真难看，谢天谢地，只住了一晚，早餐很差可怜，孩子们也不吃东西，一切都味道不好。
