Stayed here this weekend for a softball tournament. The staff was very friendly. I left an outfit in my room and offered to send a UPS label to get it back and they immediately agreed and confirmed the package was ready to be picked up by UPS. I don't normally write reviews, but felt like they went above and beyond and was grateful for that. Well done!

It was just an average room, Nothing special. Toilet was almost like it was made for a child and my husband who has knee replacement/problems had trouble using it.
Breakfast was decent offering both cold and hot items. Coffee was not good though.

The only complaint was too heavy duty in the cleaner in room … I was very sick after I left from the chemicals.

All good but the bed
Nothing to complain about the property. The service was excellent.
The only downfall was the bed was extremely hard.

The reservation was booked through Expedoa and the site stated that there was a room available. Upon arriving we were told there was not a room available. We were on our way back to Florida and had to find another place to stay. Obviously we were told that we would be getting a refund but this was a major inconvenience and totally unacceptable.
