The only complaint was too heavy duty in the cleaner in room … I was very sick after I left from the chemicals.

Nothing to complain about the property. The service was excellent.

The reservation was booked through Expedoa and the site stated that there was a room available. Upon arriving we were told there was not a room available. We were on our way back to Florida and had to find another place to stay. Obviously we were told that we would be getting a refund but this was a major inconvenience and totally unacceptable.

The property was difficult to enter and leave. The front of the Inn faces the back of another Inn and the highway. The saving graces were the excellent service and the view from our room on the back side of the Inn—the patio and lush wooded area were great to wake up to.

This hotel needs updating. I primarily stay at Hampton Inn's across the country and this one is run down in my opinion and needs attention. Lots of bandaids trying to make it look clean when in fact it just needs to be overhauled. At almost $175/night, it was not worth the money. Has a very dated lobby and amenities are tired and minimal.

Location was good for our needs. Friendly staff but not attentive. Room smelled like a boys locker room. Pool was not clean and had tiles missing.
