Everything used and nothing really cleaned when we arrived. We didn’t even take baths, pulled the dirty sheets off the bed, and just laid on our jackets. Don’t stay here!

Check in was smooth and front desk clerk was very nice. Room was dirty. I do not think the sheets had been changed, there was hair in the bed and in the shower. Took a quick shower wearing my flip flops. Checked in late to get up early the next day, so it was just a place to lay down for the night.

This is the biggest dump I have ever stayed in in my entire life. I have been travelling regularly for 25 years and have stayed in all kinds of places, and this place is easily the worst. * The sheets on the bed were threadbare and stained with something that looked like blood (and probably was) * The room had not been cleaned - there was dirt in the bathroom that was visible, the towels smelled musty, there were dead spiders in the corners * There was a German cockroach infestation in the hotel and our room * The room smelled of cigarette smoke, despite being advertised as non-smoking * The outlets did not work * The advertised pool was empty with merely a puddle of dirty water at the bottom * The staff that checked us in had been asleep at the desk and did not care about anything * The manager, Vipul Patel, is the meanest, stingiest, horrible person I have ever dealt with. When I brought up the issues in the room, he said "You should have come back and complained that night" and did not seem surprised or to care at all about the issues. He offered 10% ($9) refund. $9. Are you kidding me? What a skinflint. Trying to get this issue resolved with either Choice Hotels of *********** was a nightmare. Several representatives promised me a refund which I never saw. I was called a liar, and was blamed for the room being trash because I hadn't switched on the spot. I had sleeping kids and did not notice many of the issues until morning and it was 10:30pm. The desk staff didn't care anyway. I bet that all the good reviews here have been bought or were written by the family since they own this hotel. It is seriously THE WORST hotel in the world and should be condemned. I have reported it to the Georgia Department of Health and caution you to stay away from this dive. Nothing could be worse.

Owner / female front desk was rude and not helpful. Bathroom was not cleaned and we were given two flat pillows. They promote having a pool and fitness area. Pool was not functioning and fitness room has been closed since covid. We stayed two weeks prior and were told they working on both but none wer resolved.

Ok stay in Cordele

This hotel is older, but has been kept up pretty well. Had an external electrical outlets box with usb ports that didn't work and outlets a bit iffy.

My wife likes her coffee but there were no decaf coffee or fixings and the coffee pot was not clean as it had coffee grounds in it. Room price was good until all the fees were added in.

I will not stay here again

This hotel needs a complete makeover. There is no sealing around the door. I had a non-smoking room but the comforter had cigarette holes and was dirty. The room had roaches. I went to the near by dollar store and purchased roach spray. I have never had to do that while staying at a hotel. The only reason I stayed was because I was there for a funeral and all the other hotels were completely booked. I will NOT be staying here again.
