It was dirty, extra blankets were not available. It was advertised to have a hot tub but did not - which was my entire reason for choosing this hotel.

Smell upon entering room was very strong of chemicals. Sheen/film in floor as if they just sprayed the room with disinfectant instead of properly cleaning and wiping down. There was short curly hairs all over bathroom vanity. Fingerprints all over bathroom mirror. Chair and desk area was sticky. Room was disgusting. Worst Holiday Inn iv stayed at. While checking out, had to direct my children not to step in the vomit immediately outside the front door.

Stuff falling apart and not fixed properly-frayed and spotted carpet- dirty floors needs crusted on dirt really scrubbed especially shower
