Inside was nice, the staff were very friendly but the hotel was under construction for renovation so the building when we arrived was upsetting. ******* didn't tell us this prior to booking and if there were other hotels available we would have changed.

Be Prepared to be in the middle of a Renovation!
Property is under renovation. Very little parking due to shipping containers taking up parking spaces. Front desk did not tell me where the elevators were. No signage due to reno. No lights at the end of the hall by the elevator due to reno. No room numbers in hallway approaching my room due to reno. My room was the first guest room with a number next to the reno. Construction dust all over the carpet due to the reno... Even the front desk was constructed out of ply wood due to the reno. And I'm sure the room rate wasn't discounted due to the reno. Room was fine.

We actually stayed at the sister hotel, Tru, because the Hampton inn is being renovated. It's in a convenient location with close access to many activities. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

Was unaware Hotel was under a remodel until we arrived. Exterior walls were removed and covered in plywood and plastic. Interior hallways had paper on parts of the floors. Exposed carpet was covered in drywall dust and mud. Hallways were very dirty. Room was on the third floor and both third and second floor ice makers were broken. If would have know about theses conditions up front I would have stayed somewhere else.

It would have been nice to know the hotel was under renovation. The first room did not have air. The second room had dead bugs in it. We made the best out of the situation,
