The room was very clean. Staff was pleasant and friendly. I was disappointed the hot tub was not clean,( there were leaves in it.) The breakfast was good.

Room was pretty clean, breakfast was good- many protein options. Unfortunately traffic from New Warrington road was LOUD at night. We were on the 4th floor on the north side of the building. Other than that staff was great and the hotel was about 20 minutes from most areas.

The hot meals were quickly replenished and the variety was perfect for the whole family of 6 that came with us ranging from 4 years old to 74 years young.

The staff was great. Food was wonderful. However, the room can use a little updating. The toilet continually ran and was not steady it rocked a little when you sat down. The bathroom door needs to be adjusted has it scraped the floor and was hard to close and open in certain areas. Not the cleanest room we have ever stayed in. When we travel, we 99% of the time choose Holiday Inn Express and this was a little concerning. But like I said the staff at check in and breakfast were outstanding.

Our stay was nice besides the hot tub was drained and they were resealing it. I guess I should have called ahead because that was one of the main reasons we booked a room for a couple days,so the wife and I could just get away and relax. The hotel was nice, the staff was friendly and the bed was excellent! We loved the breakfast buffet too.

Not a good area to stay in. Pool was dirty. Hot tub did not function. Our bathroom door did not shut. TV only worked on the weather channel. The breakfast staff was the one amazing thing.

The front desk service was horrible. It took approximately twenty minutes before an attendant presented himself for us to check in. There was a group of motorcyclist on property. They sat there raising their engines. The attendant went outside and motioned for them to stop. They left fast and loud with music blaring. They returned around 12:30 am with loud noise and music in addition to standing outside talking loudly. Nothing was done.
The bathroom was not clean. You could see the dark ring on the sink from where a bottle had been sitting. Apparently housekeeping doesn’t clean thoroughly.

The hot tub was not in working condition. The night front desk person was less than friendly. Could not get the T.V. to work until our 2nd day. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The day shift employees were nice and polite. The room was clean.
