From check-in to check-out, this TownePlace Suites was fantastic. Great staff, clean and quiet room, comfortable bed, at a competitive price, and a deliciously hot hottub. We would stay there again.

We've stayere a few times over the past 2-3 years and have always enjoyed it. This time, the room we got was somewhat run down, comfortable but looked somewhat shaggy and was much smaller than we'd had before. The break fast options were not as many as there were before expect on the Holiday, which was nice, I would also like it if they made up the room daily.

We chose Towne place for its location just a block from Spanish Springs Square in the Villages, but were delighted with the friendly and helpful staff, large rooms and commons, bountiful breakfast, and peaceful quiet nights.

The toilet in our room did not flush properly and we were told that there was no other room to move us to. The last day of our stay it totally stopped working and we had to use the restrooms in the lobby.
Maintenance tried to get it fixed, but to no avail.
The property in general looks rundown totally not up to Marriott standards.

This location is convenient to the Grand Oaks Resort. The beds were so comfy and there were plenty of well placed outlets for charging. Breakfast was delicious.

Every thing was absolutely amazing. Hot tube swimming pool the room breakfast the staff but best of all is tne fishing ponds out front 10/10 definitely recommended
