This location is convenient to the Grand Oaks Resort. The beds were so comfy and there were plenty of well placed outlets for charging. Breakfast was delicious.

Hotel in good shape, a little dated. Front staff was friendly. Excellent location just a black from Square with nightly free entertainment and restaurants until 9:00pm.

Denny was super nice and very helpful always helped me when I had trouble with my reservation and anytime I needed something fixed he was on it

Needs an overhaul.
Property is completely run down. The wallpaper is peeling off. There was mold in the tub and shower. The shower head was falling off the wall.

Property was excellent. Bathroom of room 437 needs caulking. Housekeeping had a/c set too low in mine and my friend’s room. 60 degrees is too cold to go into a room with.

I didn't like that the bathroom had crack & peeling paint near the bathtub . The place just needs a renovation.

Amazing location!
The location is amazing! Hotel is surrounded by nature and Spanish Springs. However, the hotel is not clean enough! Common areas and laundry room are not kept up. The Breakfast Bar is nice!
Room needs to be cleaned better, too. Hairs from previous guests are not appreciated.
