All was great with exception of the TV.
The guide didn't correspond to actual channels. Staff and room cleaners were very helpful and very courteous. Will stay there again when in the area.

I think I'm sold on staying in Hampton Inns now. The bed and pillows were so comfy! And the room was super clean and had plenty of room for two people to spread out, including the bathroom! Great water pressure for the shower and the staff corrected a problem with the refrigerator (wasn't cold, and it was unlevel) immediately after I texted. I was in town on business, and I greatly appreciated the wonderful accommodations!

员工很棒。非常友好热情。我们周四到的时候房间很干净，周五大部分时间都在外面。回来的时候，客房服务人员已经打扫了房间，并把所有东西都重新整理好了。每天的免费早餐种类丰富，而且连续两天都不一样。
从前台到早餐服务人员，每个人都非常细心、乐于助人且友善。房间非常干净，早餐选择丰富，从热鸡蛋到燕麦粥、肉汁饼干和水果，应有尽有。
我和丈夫在那家酒店住得很愉快，这是我们第二次入住。酒店很干净，早餐也不错。
