Terrible service, very rude interactions. They yelled screamed and hung up on *******!! The room
Had broken lamps, bathroom fixtures, looked quite worn. Food and as mediocre to bad! Really noisy hotel and felt I was staying in a one star accommodation. Queen beds were not queens and no pillow tops!!!! Worst Hampton I’ve ever stayed in will not stay in one again due to the terrible experience.

Would not recommend
Website says newly remodeled, however, it did not look newish or anything. Lots of issues. Ice machines not working, not clean, issues with card reader for numerous guests as we heard. No one showed an idea of where our room was & after a long day on the road I didn’t think to ask until I was already in the car. Shower had issues.

The elevators were down most of the time we were there. We had a 91 year old woman on the 3rd floor that at times had to use the stairs due to neither of the elevators working. Most of the time at least one of the elevators was down. Unacceptable!!

Hotel was clean and location excellent. Bed was not comfortable, though and could not get more than warm water in the shower. Also very big dogs barking down the hall!

酒店还不错，员工非常友好，所有地方都打扫得很干净。早餐也挺好。
但是客房服务太差了。他们不是每天都打扫房间。我们住了两天，因为需要换毛巾就打了电话。他们解释说我得把用过的毛巾拿到前台去换，我也照做了。但我们有四个人，他们却只给了我们两条毛巾。我们两天前就到店了，所以他们就给了我两条泳池毛巾，这简直不能接受。
按摩浴缸的水也只是温的。
还有一些古巴人在那里放音乐，对我们来说不能接受，因为我们带着孩子。
非常棒的房间，一如既往地符合这个连锁酒店的水准。
