The hotels was not like in the pictures. It was nice in the lobby. Breakfast was not included. The rooms were old. At least it that had clean sheets and towels, but they gave me a handicap room. Not what I booked for. Ask for a towel for the pool, and they gave me a small towel l to size to dry my hair. The room smells like old Furniture. But the Ira is were really nice.

The room was spacious and clean. The ac was perfect. The bed was comfortable. The pillows were slightly flat. Overall, we would stay here again.

Staff was no where to be found when trying to check out and charged me for 3 nights i only stayed one taking for ever to get my refund

Room was dirty. We only stayed one night and didn’t notice the blood stains on the pillow!!! because it was flipped but upon leaving the next morning we discovered it and were mortified. During our stay I needed a couple more towels and in the hallway was a housekeeper so I asked if I could have some more towels without saying a word shot me a dirty look and handed me a towel, I then told her I actually needed three she again gave me a dirty looked didn’t say a word and handed me more, I said thank you and she just ignored me, no smile, no “no problem” no “hello. Also upon checking in they would let me check in until after 3pm… I was there at 2:45pm I have never had a problem like this at any hotel. There was also ants in the room. If we were staying more than one night, we wouldn’t have stayed there at all!!!

Bugs and long dark human hairs in bathroom and shower. Bed was way too hard. Someone was vacuuming above or beside our room at 7am Friday morning the 21st. Very noisy outside our room and next room over on Thursday night the 20th.
Loved the roominess of the hotel room but all the other negative things made it our decision to not stay at this particular Hilton again.
