We always love our stays at Sawgrass Marriott. We appreciate the excellent service from greeting to check in to restaurant service. The views and ambiance are restful and relaxing. Our only wish for is fans in the bathroom, especially with Florida humidity.

The staff was fine. The room needs to be updated. ALL of the furniture is very old and not comfortable at all.

We love Sawgrass. It has a special place in our hearts for many years of family vacations spent with our children. Our last stay was to celebrate our 28th Wedding Anniversary and we loved it. It was perfect, as we checked in at a slow time at the hotel and so it felt very quiet (which we loved). We hope to go back again soon!

Hotel itself was fine, staff within the hotel itself were professional. We were put in a villa, not the main hotel which required more driving and still charged $22 a day for our car to be parked in a 95% empty lot in front of the building. The room itself was like a 2-3 star beach hotel, worn down, not very clean and miserably uncomfortable furniture and bed. Room was cleaned once in a 3 day stay. Floor tiles loose all over the place, greasy fingerprints all over thr bathroom fixtures. Shower and products were best part lf the room. Balcony would have been relaxing if more than 1 chair provided for w guests. Spent $400/night when we could have stayed at a HyattPlace closer to where we spent the most time for 1/3 of the cost. Shuttle to the beach was great, but access ends at 5-6pm. Would not stay here again.
