I checked on your reservation and it looks to me that you reserved a regular room / not handicap/ with 2 beds and this type of room was assigned to you. I apologize that we were not aware that you meant to get a handicap accessible room.I wanted to assure you that we didn't charge you anything extra for late check in. You paid for your room and taxes only through ******* and there should not be anything charges from us. Please check your bank statement and let me know if you have any charges from Holiday Inn Express and I'll be happy to assist you I apologize for the noises in the hallway. I assume that there were other guests coming in or out from their room as our housekeepers don't work nights. I'm a bit confused about our parking lot. It is well lit and we didn't have any power outages recently. I'm very sorry to learn about your breakfast experience. Our guests usually like the variety of food served by us. Anytime you are staying with us and something doesn't seem right, please let us know and we'll be happy to assist you. We double checked to toaster and seems to be working as it supposed to. 无法立即找到它。停车场很暗而且停车位很少。淋浴的底部很脏。凌晨四点钟,家政人员不断地关上两扇门外的门。我曾要求一间残疾人房间,但没有得到。早餐是有史以来最糟糕的。所有的面包都太旧了,不能吃。烤面包机坏了。火腿变酸了。煎蛋卷和炸玉米饼一样硬。我在非节假日的星期四晚上为这个房间支付了 150 多美元。荒谬的!前台服务员很好。参加早餐的那位女士处理了垃圾,然后又去处理食物。恶心。尽管我那天早上打电话告诉他们我会迟到,但他们还是向我收取了午夜之后的额外费用。
