房间比预想的更大更好，非常棒！唯一不太满意的是淋浴/水/浴缸。水流很慢，淋浴时会一直泡在水里。而且，打开淋浴的拉环很难拉，差点把浴缸的水龙头都扯下来了。不过，也许这只是210房间的问题。

客户服务非常棒。他们真诚友善，竭尽所能地满足您的需求，但又不虚情假意。每一次互动都感觉像是在和一位关心您的朋友交谈，这种感觉真是说不完。然而，酒店很脏。第一个房间的淋浴喷头上积满了令人作呕的绿色皂垢，排水管也堵住了。我们打电话叫他们换房间，因为维修时间是下午 3 点。我们换到了隔壁的房间，非常方便。这个房间比较干净，但浴室里有一股淡淡的尿味，角落里还有头发和灰尘。沙发很脏。你看得出有人在打扫房间、换床单，但似乎没有人做过深度清洁。这是一个小镇，酒店数量有限，我想酒店员工也有限。我不会再住这里了，但这并不是因为客户服务。我真的很喜欢这里的员工。
那床很舒服。停车场里主要停着大型承包商皮卡和更大的卡车。早餐真的很一般。电视频道很难弄清楚。房间里的咖啡很差。房间门上的入口锁需要特殊的技术才能发挥作用。我们最初需要这方面的帮助。不过服务很好。
