Breakfast good. Only thing that was irritating was extra room charge for 4th adult for one room with 2 double beds. New charge of $40 and had to ask for the 4th towel and wash cloth. Have stayed there in the past without this fee. Some way to generate more money....will be looking for another property in the future

Overpriced for average quality. Paid four star price for a two star hotel. If you have a trailer, they’ll make you park it in an unsecured gravel lot down the road.

It was very comfortable. We moved from another hotel innthe middle of the night due to roaches. It was nice to be in a comfortable and clean place. Great customer service even checked to see if room was clean before we checked in. We will be back.

This hotel has poor housekeeping. My room was dirty and it looked like the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed, the shower hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, and there were stains from spills around the base and side of the bed on both sides. On the days during my my stay that I wanted my room cleaned it wasn’t. I was only given clean towels, but they didn’t clean my room or even make the bed. There was also on open crawl space in the hallway right outside my door. The attic was open and insulation was showing. Staff seemed friendly, but this hotel is very poorly managed. One other guest I met told me the swimming pool was ice cold.

To say this hotel is sufficient is an understatement. From delicious breakfast food to kind staff and clean rooms, our stay was wonderful. If you are visiting Gas city and looking for a safe, clean, and enjoyable stay definitely choose Holiday Inn Express. Also very convenient off the highway, and the coffee is amazing!

One of our only major complaints was the pool was freezing. My 5 year old will swim in almost any water but this was too cold for him even. Called before booking to see if pool was open (couple days before visit) I wish they would have just said it was closed. Cause what we thought would be something we could all do while there ended up just being disappointing for our son and us.
