The room, pool, breakfast and all common areas were great! This hotel was an above expectations for the price.

The hotel was right on the highway. The room was so loud and the service was so bad that I only stayed one of the two nights.
Specifically when checking in the younger woman was rude. She brought her dinner with her when she saw me waiting at the front desk. Apparently I was interrupting.
When I tried to checkout, the older woman at the front desk said I had to go thru *******. When I tried to go thru ******* they directed me to Travel Guard.
The breakfast was good but anytime I had to communicate with staff it was unsatisfactory to say the least.
The checkout and refund experience was just as confusing and time consuming. I was in the lobby for 30 minutes and I couldn't even find a phone number to call.

Overall, the hotel was good, with spacious rooms and a really nice breakfast. However, the housekeeping ******. The first morning they cleaned the bathroom and did touch the bed/lining area. The second morning was good. The third morning, they didn't clean at all.

At check in we were informed they overbooked. They put us in a room that was smaller and offered no compensation. The pull out bed had dead bugs on the mattress and was think and uncomfortable. They had no pillows available to use with the pullout bed. Since we booked a room with two beds and was given a room with only one bed we needed them.

Didn't like the extra $50 non refundable pet fee and then being told that since i booked through 3rd party *******, i wouldn't get Hilton Honor points.

Spacious room was great, mattresses were firm. Front desk and dining room staff were outstanding!!!
