Property owned independently. It was obvious by the lack of cleanliness and deferred maintenance. Property definitely not up to Hampton stands. For $175/nt I expected the toilet to flush, especially on the 2nd day after I reported the problem.

Clean room, pet friendly, and ample parking. I would agree with other reviewers try to avoid a room that faces the interstate. Cars and semis can interrupt your sleep.

Had to watch videos to figure out how to sync the TV remote to make it work. Desk clerks idea was to move us to another room. Room phone didn’t work. Carpeting was dirty. Shower drain was clogged. Whole place was worn.

It was an okay stay
They were renovating it, so bathrooms downstairs not available. Room was ok not best we’ve had but ok. Definitely want to see after renovations are finished.

Hotel is under renovation but they are doing a great job at keeping it hidden. Property is in a ver convenient location and well maintained

Clean room, well maintained-will need some updates eventually…staff friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast and parking good. Sits right off interstate so you do hear road noise but hotel noise was not a problem. Nice room with extra area to have local family come and catch up. Dinner was close by and good-Boulder Creek. Will stay again!

We had a screaming child above us the first night and two rowdy wedding parties the second night who were whooping and carrying on til 12:30 am. VERY annoying. Hotel desk was getting numerous complaints from me and others. Dee (first night) desk clerk was great!
