Great staff. Just little things, such as no shampoo and no TP. And fine cleaning like under the bathroom shelf. But everything else was top notch.

Staff, Ann and Maria were fantastic help and great customer support!! The breakfast, while just a bit better than most hotels, the available food was kept up and warm! My room was nice as well

The hotel itself is nice. The staff was friendly. But, we arrived very late after moving and the computer system was down. It took over 45 minutes until we were let into a room. They couldn't make keys. The next day the water was off for around 7 hours for a new water heater. There next day it took a long time to get hot water still.

Rooms very comfortable and decorated well.Nice hotel, good breakfast..Was Noisy was woke up 2am by guest floor above us..But overpriced for area..cheaper hotels just down road Oswego

I was a bit disappointed that they could not accommodate my request to be near elevators since I am unable to walk far without assistance, We were placed in the furthest room. Other than that stay was comfortable and staff were very friendly

The business center consisted of a printer to which you were to email attached documents for printing. Good in concept but didn't work for us.
