Rented two rooms one for my daughter one for myself her room had ants in it. No hot water our room the outlets by the beds didn’t work hot water took forever. Our window was cracked at tape over it. Carpet look dirty.

OK for an older property. Musty smell when first entering the room, but it disappeared after the AC was turned on. Everything worked, and call to the Front Desk for clean towels was handled quickly. Ice machine on the second floor had no Ice, and the third floor machine was out of order. Luckily, the first floor had ice. Room was generally clean, sheets and pillows were OK. Good value for the price.

The infrastructure is beginning to look a little tired. Dingy white towels, peeling paint, curtains need updating and bed felt like a waterbed instead of firm.

Smoker's paradise! Dated Best Western that reeks of cigarette smoke from the moment the elevator is opened. Cigarette Burns throughout the room. Room had the overpowering smell of bed bug spray

The light switch in the area of the room with the bunkbeds was faulty and would spark when trying to turn it off. If you turned it off, it would pop back up and then the light on. There was trash all under the bunkbeds. When the jets in the tub were turned on, a bunch of trash and hair came from them making the tub unusable until we cleaned it thoroughly. The towels seemed very unclean so we got towels from the pool area to use. The pool was dirty and we had to splash out bugs and other debris floating around in order to use it safely with the kids. Staff was amazing but everything else was terrible.

Solid choice
This is a perfectly solid hotel for a reasonable price. Nothing amazing but generally comfortable and clean with a decent fitness area, nice pool and a hot breakfast.

Parking limited. Staff were excellent and clearly the best reason to stay at this property.
