Beds are very comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. Very quiet and relaxing staying here. As a single mom visiting my son in college, I feel very safe staying here.

Spur of the moment choice because it worked out timing wise along my travel route. I liked the pictures, amenities, and the price so I took a chance and got lucky. Everything was fabulous. Staff was exceptionally nice everywhere from the front desk to the restaurant to the bar to the worker I shared the elevator ride with. Plenty of parking for a downtown location.

Only issue is the hotel bar. I think the holiday inn could do better than sutter home. Was almost empty in a Saturday night. Service was very nice though.

之前 2 位客人预订的房间已经有人入住了。我订了房间，但酒店重复预订了房间，结果有人以为那是他们的房间。完全搞混了，很不爽。我近期不会再来。
我拿到了一间房的钥匙，打开门后发现有人住。他们给了我第二间房，那间房也是有人住的。然后又给了我第三间房，那间房也是有人住的。直到第四间房我们才得到一间空房
早上 8:30 清洁人员敲我们的门，要求打扫房间。把我们从熟睡中惊醒。我们的第一个房间空着，正在装修。他们给了我们另一个房间。
停车位很差，员工态度冷漠，没有帮助，也没有如实说明停车位有限。咖啡机坏了，员工没法给我们一个能用的。分配器里没有乳液，水压很差。员工没有给我们早餐券。我额外付了 3 人入住的费用，结果我们得到了 2 条手巾、2 条浴巾和 1 条毛巾。其中一张床上还有指甲油碎片。对这个地方相当失望。
