The customer service rep at check in was extremely rude and confrontational. When I replied in term she proceeded to complain about me to her coworker. There was an issue with the reservation and instead of assisting me in solving it she was incredibly unprofessional. Her name was Jasmine.

Staff was courteous, breakfast opened at 7a after our checkout, 6a would be better. Bathroom in unit was handicap accessible but had 0 water pressure. It needs a plumber to fix. Otherwise room was fine and hotel was very clean. Just please fix that unit's shower pressure.

Room was pretty clean, furniture was warn — nothing fancy, but it was cozy and comfortable. Internet was fast! kitchen was clean. Check in and out was seamless. We checked out at 5am and the coffee was steaming hot and fresh. Great experience.

We had a great stay here! The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable, even the pull out sofa. The breakfast buffet had a good number of options. All of the staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. My kids enjoyed the pool, and the hot tub was the cleanest - I even went in! We would stay here again the next time we are in the area!

Just Passing Through
Reception was accommodating. Room was well maintained and current. Lots of amenities and a very comfortable bed. Breakfast items were well done with plenty of choices.

We arrived at 2:45 for 3 o’clock check in and our room was not ready yet so we waited for 15 minutes and it was ready at 3 PM. The one downfall of this place is a large courtyard with grills and fire pits that sits right outside of a lot of of the rooms. There was a large group who was sitting outside until 4 AM laughing and carrying on. There’s also a basketball net out there and somebody was shooting layups at 7 AM and all you could hear was the ball bouncing. Staff was very nice. Breakfast was average parking was easy.

Wonderful staff and service. Pool and hot tub were not working which was disappointing to our son and general maintenance could be improved (closet doors off track and unusable, no dishwasher pods for dishwasher, etc) but overall convenient and good stay.
