Yes, the room was NOT cleaned and there was cat pee, which wasn't discovered where it was located until we were leaving YUK! Since we booked with you, the hotel wasn't able to compensate. I certainly hope we have a CREDIT for this stay,

Excellent stay! Whenever I travel to Salisbury, this is the hotel I stay at. Great service and clean rooms. All staff members I encountered were amazing. Ms. Cindy makes great breakfast!

Largely my stay was fine. I had a slight issue checking in that evening. because I booked through a 3rd party she refused to add my Hilton honors information. There was no water available (something I enjoy with my Hilton status). She just had a all around poor attitude. Other than that my stay was fine.

Great option. Staff was very sweet. A lot of dining options. Went with my daughter on a business trip and having a safe, comfortable place to stay made the trip even better.
