Our fire alarm system is being checked regularly, and some maintenance is required. As for the hot water, our maintenance team works continuously to assure our water heater is working properly. Again, we are working to improve our hotel and assuring our policies are followed.

总的来说，我们的住宿体验很一般。然而，如果房间清洁和维护得当，体验可能会更好。首先说说优点，我和酒店员工的每一次互动都非常棒。前台人员非常乐于助人，及时解决问题。其次说说缺点，我们抵达时房间并不干净。我能感觉到浴室台面上有沙砾，家具上到处都是灰尘，我们的窗帘和透明面板也脏得一塌糊涂。透明面板的底部已经裂开了，木质底部几乎和面板完全贴合。百叶窗的右侧到处都是洞。地板上到处都是纸屑和一些羽毛，直到我们入住第三晚后才散落下来。厕所似乎也从未打扫过。我还发现房间里的电话坏了。酒店大堂本身非常漂亮，考虑到他们需要招待大量客人，早餐也相当不错。
