I wanted to personally apologize for the entirety of your stay as we appear to have fallen short in multiple areas. Generally our rooms are all professionally cleaned, regardless of prior pet stays or not, so I'm disappointed in our staff apparently not being on top of this. We have added your concerns to our weekly agenda for our staff meeting to make sure we are not overlooking any details (pillows, etc). Again, I wanted to personally sincerely apologize.

Our front desk associate was instructed to tell all guests of the water situation for the following morning, so they could make a choice as to stay or not. There should have also been signs posted conspiculously. Again, my personal apologies.

Great Stay Overall
Everything with the hotel was good including the breakfast.
My one complaint is we had a room next to the highway and the noise is not blocked out very well. Of course once you’re asleep it doesn’t bother you but if a light sleeper don’t get a room next to the highway

I didn't spend much time at the hotel but this is my third stay in Ruston and third hotel. I'll stay here again.

房间里的床垫糟透了,凹凸不平,而且很旧。最糟糕的是,今天早上八点,整个酒店都停水了,根本停不了水。他们知道这是事先安排好的,所以他们不应该允许人们在知道今天早上八点全天都会停水的情况下租住那个地方。
我被扣了两次款,现在正在等待第二次的退款。他们告诉我已经处理好了,退款会由*******负责。我肯定他们不是故意的,但这确实给我的家人带来了很大的不便。
