There wasn’t any conditioner in the shower. The bed was old and uncomfortable for a Hampton Inn. The sofa was dirty. Overall it was an ok stay.

LOVED that breakfast startedcat 5:00 am. Great for travelers who like to get going early. Very clean. Not sure if they just did a property refresh or if this location is new.

The staff at this hotel are amazing. They are knowledgeable about the surroundings and very helpful. They greeted us by name and asked if there was any way they could help us. We appreciated all their kindness. The breakfast was wonderful....hot, well supplied, plentiful.

Smoke detector went off at 330am- had to call front desk and took some time to remover detector- lost sleep.

Great Hotel
Our stay was very good. Ms. Sunshine in the breakfast food service area made our day. Her hospitality is contagious. The desk service manager on days is a problem solver. Although the TV went out during the thunder storm, he came up and figured out how to fix it given the maintenance man was off that day. I can't recall his name but he is a teacher as well. The only problem we encountered was that we traveled too far from Michigan to arrive and our room was not ready. We arrived after 3:00 pm and still had to wait for our room. This is not the best first impression for our stay. Otherwise, the stay was very good.

When I arrived. I was informed that they Computer showed my reservation for June 9. But on the ******* app I used it was for July 9. I showed them where it said July 9. They said there was nothing they could do. The error was with *******.
