The front desk staff was great. However there was leftover food left in our fridge that smelled really bad and the shower head was taped to the rail in the shower.

We came in late and left early, so we really didn't use the facility other than to sleep. The room was clean and had everything we needed for a very short stay.

Bed bugs, said I would get a refund and didn’t. Employees even stated they wouldn’t let their family stay there. Enough said

The property was under renovation. With that in mind, the room was not clean. This Hampton Inn does not meet the standard I experience at other Inns by Hilton.
I travel to Kentucky often. I will not stay at this property again.
