前台服务非常差……酒店退房时间为12点，本人因为特殊情况，需要延迟30分钟退房，去前台沟通，开始说不可以，后请示经理，同意可以延后30分钟再退房。但是，在本人离开酒店时，酒店在没有向本人说明情况的前提下从押金里收取了五十美元作为延迟退房的费用。本人对此极为不满，跟酒店前台经理沟通，前台经理态度恶劣，毫无对住店客人的服务意识。建议慎选此酒店，以免影响旅途兴致。
以上发生的状况，本人及时与携程客服进行了沟通，携程的服务一如既往的五星。
咖啡很棒，床单和毛巾都是新的。
房间临街，噪音很大！
房间空间挺大的，衞生不错！
还有房价是包含早餐的，性价比是同区酒店中最好的。
机场有免费穿梭巴士到达酒店。
