酒店经理态度粗鲁傲慢，无缘无故地一直对我投来轻蔑的目光，让人费解！我打电话向前台的夜班员工 Keifer 求助，但他拒绝提供服务，还直接挂断了我的电话，说会回电，结果根本没有！
因为我行动不便，所以预订并支付了无障碍客房的费用，结果却给了我一间最小、最吵的标准间。夜班员工不停地开关门，砰砰作响，简直荒谬绝伦！他们没有一句道歉，甚至连一句客气话都没有，只有沉默。难道我真的那么微不足道吗？我真的不推荐这个地方。这真是一个令人不安的地方。
酒店很干净，虽然有点老旧。员工非常友善，还提供免费机场班车。附近有商店，如果饿了可以去，不过酒店里也有零食供应。
设施和服务一流。提供便捷的机场往返班车。

The staff was very helpful. Location was convenient, airport shuttle, room was better than expected. Great value and would stay again.
The night staff was welcoming and checked in with me after I got into my room, after a small personal mishap.
Location is good.Quiet hotel.Room is ok,but the smell in the room is not pleasant.It could be damp or moldy somewhere in the room.
This location was perfect and convenient for an early morning flight.
