Had emergency try to change reservation lost money no manager or supervisor onsite try to talk to front desk was told nothing they can do I lose the money because of how my reservation

Nice stay for our family of 5
Very nice hotel in a convenient location. The staff was friendly & accommodating. The room was very spacious and clean, it was recently remodeled. My family LOVED the pool which was also very clean! Parking was easy. The complimentary breakfast was nice though very limited options. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that online it states they have laundry facilities, but they do not. We were staying for a week for a baseball tournament & it was a huge inconvenience having to go to a laundromat for his uniforms when we planned to be able to wash them on-site.

We were making an international flight which took a total of 48 hours and we booked this hotel because we were carrying big bags and needed an airport shuttle pick up. The day before we arrived we called the hotel and asked to schedule a pick up. They said we don't need to schedule and should just call for pick up when we landed. When we arrived at the airport, we called and then and only then they told us that they did not have a shuttle after midnight-430am. Now it was almost 330am and we had a meeting at 8a and no way to move to the hotel without the shuttle so we slept on the airport floor until we had our meeting at 8am. They refused to refund us.

The hotel & staff were the absolute best that I have ever encountered! My son had an 8am game, the hotel had breakfast out before 7am for all the baseball players. I will definitely be back to this hotel!! The hotel was clean even though they were in the middle of renovation.

Towel bar in bathroom was barely attached to the wall and fell off the wall when we put a towel on it.

房间很大，洗手台不在卫生间里；有沙发茶几，以及写字桌，料理台，还有冰箱和微波炉，，挺适合我们点餐加热的。
