The check in was so bad that we cancelled our stay. So sad. It was our granddaughters college graduation. We waited at the front desk for 2 hours for our room to be made available. The clerks at the front desk had no interest in helping us. It was a horrible experience on what should have been a joyous occasion.

Loved it!
This was our first time staying at a residence Inn. We absolutely loved it and we’ll make this our new hotel of choice for the future. We loved our stay in Gainesville even though it was just for one night.

酒店靠近 75 号州际公路，有汽车噪音。在我们的 3 天住宿期间没有客房服务，因此没有清空垃圾桶或更换卫生纸
等等..噪音很大的冰箱
房间很干净，但外面和游泳池一样令人失望。游泳池看起来好几天没有打扫了。我发现里面有两只腐烂的死蟾蜍。他们从来没有给我们毛巾游泳池。他们没有。房间很干净，但床非常非常不舒服。
