The gentleman that staffed the breakfast was so personable and nice. All the front in staff was cheery and helpful. The housekeepers always looked up and said hello. When I got to my room the fridge knob was missing and not cold. Maintenance came up within 30 minutes and fixed it and was so nice about it. The food was good and the workout facility was ok along with the pool. Bits and pieces were run down but overall the comfort was good and the room was nice. The laundry room could be vented better. It was so hot and humid, I could barely complete my task. I would definitely stay here again.

The staff at the front desk was very welcoming with my arrival. She was informative of all the info I needed and very polite.

The area is very convenient. The Hotel is very clean and looks new.
The rooms are very clean and amazing.
The breakfast was good. Wished they offered bacon and more sauge.
The only bad thing I could say is their pillows needs a refresh and replaced with new ones.

Awesome and Super Clean hotel. Super convenient right in the middle of Holiday, New Port Richie and ClearWater Bay.
Zoey was amazing to deal with when we asked for an early check in. She situated us next to each other.
I was very very surprised that the hotel was very clean and had zero bad smell. We've checked in on some sketchy hotels that was supposedly good but this place was a very nice surprise.
Breakfast was good and the service lady in the morning was very attentive to any of our needs.
Will be checking in here from now on.

Pool area needs new & more lounges, umbrellas, etc. bed too soft, air conditioner very loud, outside landscaping could look better. Nice free breakfast, love the waffles.
