Everything was clean and the front desk clerk, Dakota, was sweet and friendly. Breakfast had a lot of choices and we were pleased with the size of the room. Blankets were a little thin but we bumped the air up and were fine!

Ereena, at the front desk was friendly, professional, and very helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and comfortable. There was a good selection of breakfast foods.

我和儿子早上7点在前台等了30分钟，一个人都没有。然后一个男的拿着一盒达美乐披萨走了进来。看来酒店员工和管理人员都不在，就这么开车出去买披萨，这很常见。前台的作用是保障安全，确保万一发生什么事或者紧急情况，我们能联系到人。在周六晚上7点上班时间开车走人，在我看来简直不可思议。
员工很友好。早餐种类有限，例如没有英式松饼，有一天早上甚至没有橙汁。我听到另一位客人要某种东西，也被告知没有了。淋浴间的墙壁底部有霉菌。
我们的航班延误并改道，所以我们没能入住伯特伦公园。我们尝试取消预订，但等事情发生的时候已经来不及了。我们直到周日凌晨1点才抵达杰克逊维尔，并入住了一家靠近机场的酒店。
我们对那里的浴室很不满意。水很臭，从我们进去的那一刻起，浴室里就弥漫着一股尿骚味。我们觉得可能是浴帘的问题，但也不确定。而且马桶要五分钟才能注满水，所以我们没法连续去洗手间。泳池很脏，虽然有人出来清理了三分钟，但里面还是有很多虫子。早餐也有点令人失望，因为每天都一样。我们经常住汉普顿酒店，从来没遇到过每天早餐都一样的情况。
酒店正在装修。房间很大很舒适，床也很舒服。唯一的不足是房间里略有霉味。
我们没有跟工作人员提及，但他们对我们的其他需求都反应迅速。
