They cut off the water on the last day and the garbage disposal didn’t work, but the hotel room was nicely remodeled and it was very clean. The lady at the front desk was professional and proficient. We will definitely use the hotel again.

From the moment we arrived to the hotel the service was bad Debbie at the first desk was all but pleasant our room didn’t have ac or internet then the pool was dirty and the breakfast was gone by 8am we weren’t giving any towels or was our room serviced while we were there. I would not recommend this place to anymore until renovations are complete.

This pictures are very misleading. The pictures look like there is a separate sitting room. The pull out couch is right in front of the bed and barely extends all the way out without hitting the bed. Leaving no room in between. It was a tiny room, dirty and very dated. Breakfast was ok. Pool was full of leaves and the hot tub wasn’t working. Pillows were a joke. We wont stay here again. They shouldn’t call these suites. This is not a Marriott worthy property.

My room was extremely dirty. The dishwasher had sewage water in it, and it stunk really bad. There was leftover throw up from a previous guest on the sink. I feel like it was false advertising. I was excited to use the pool and Jacuzzi, but the pool was dirty and the Jacuzzi didn’t work.

Absolutely wonderful
Aldo and rachel were amazing. So helpful and so nice. Ill definitely be staying at this hotel every time i go to Jacksonville.

Furniture was aged, carpet could be replaced cause it’s make the room look and feel dirty. Other then that the bathroom made up for the look and feel of the room in general. The pool and spa look as if there’s no maintenance up keep and the spa was not working the temperature was cold as the pool. I wouldn’t recommend staying here it’s over price for your comfort.

BIG Problems
The bathroom sink was plugged and water standing after use. Went to take a shower at 10pm and there was No Hot
Water. Called front desk and they said All the rooms are without hot water but working to fix the issue. Then the music that plays in the hallways is too loud. In the still of the night I could hear it from inside my room while I was trying to go back to sleep. They are getting ready to remodel the rooms and have giant shipping containers in the parking lot taking up 50% of the parking spots.
