Room had bad smell and is in need of renovations . Room looked tired .
Needs repairs .
Outdoor property is fairly clean but is infested with Iguana’s and birds .
Birds and Iguana’s roam freely on property and in pool area leaving floor dirty with poop 💩 around pool deck .

We understand how important a fresh, comfortable room and a clean outdoor area are for an enjoyable visit.We are currently undergoing a full renovation of our guest rooms and updating various areas of the property to improve the overall experience. These upgrades are underway, and we truly appreciate your patience as we work to bring everything up to a much higher standard.Regarding the wildlife, iguanas and birds are common in the Florida Keys and, while they are part of the natural environment, we know they can be disruptive. Our team works diligently throughout the day to keep the pool deck and surrounding areas clean, and we will continue to reinforce these efforts.Thank you again for your comments—they help us improve. We hope to welcome you back once our renovations are complete so you can enjoy a much better experience.

房间也不大 泳池很小 服务态度也一般
基拉戈岛一家很棒的酒店，员工超级友好热情，乐于助人。酒店干净整洁，从Highea酒店前往也很方便。
这家酒店破败不堪，处处可见。它现在是个工地，我们的房间也极其简陋，因为窗外就是一个巨大的建筑垃圾箱，楼上的建筑垃圾不断倾倒进去。这家酒店的价格简直离谱，即使它有海滩可以下水，也弥补不了它的不足。我既不会推荐这家酒店，也不会再次预订。
一切都很完美，就是天花板上的电话有点晃，需要修理，不过没关系。位置很好，非常安全，也很干净。包括工作人员在内的所有人都很棒。我也很喜欢那里的景色，明年见！
房间陈旧，广告上说房间里有保险箱，但实际上并没有，而且漂白剂的味道很重。咖啡机很糟糕。早餐是用纸盘子盛的。
