Definitely needs some remodeling, carpet in hallway smelled moldy, hate carpet in rooms, we have stayed at other Hamptons and much nicer

Room was musty needed cleaning and bathroom’s soaps were depleted and the toilet was also broken. This hotel needs an update now! Dirty and outdated

The tv has a purple color on it. I had booked two rooms and it was the same in both rooms. The bathroom did not seem clean. There was hair on the shower walls and mold around the soap dish. We booked adjoining rooms and there was dirt between both doors. A housekeeper knocked on the door at 9:30 asking if we were checking out even though check out time was at 11.
这地方需要重新装修一下！！！浴室糟透了……太旧了。我们一直住汉普顿酒店，这家我以后再也不会住了！！！！我应该要求退款的！！！！
我房间的天花板上长了黑色的霉点。我早上醒来才发现。真恶心！我跟经理说了。
员工非常友好，房间也不错，一切都很棒。
