The staff at this property was the nicest staff I have ever dealt with at a hotel and I travel a lot ! I can’t say enough good things about my stay there . They always had flavored water , home backed cookies and all kinds of tea available complimentary 24 hrs a day !

The toilet pump was broken, we noticed this when we used the toilet around 3 am. Every time we used the bathroom we had to open the tank and adjust the pump. When we went to breakfast the server ignore us for about 10 minutes, we first order my son’s breakfast and mine and late my husband came to the table order his breakfast. 15 minutes later my husband was serve. My son and I had to wait 30 minutes more and tables that order after us were served before us. We had to constantly as for stuff like salt and ketchup to the server. He never came so I had to go to the bar and get it. There was no hair drier in the bedroom had to ask for one at the lobby. Overall we will not be staying at this property in the near future.

Nice hotel, nice staff and good location

I’m confined to a wheelchair and have stayed in many other hotels. The Even has a large accessible bathroom and the room is easy to get around. The only problem is the bed is too high as it’s that way you n most hotels. I wish that some of these hotels would consult with people in wheelchairs when they build a so called accessible room
