I had problems with that door lock. I had to ask the front desk twice to get it fixed. The room had two paper cups that were to last two people two days through cups of coffee and taking medications.

Construction early in the morning we stayed 3 night’s and every morning they where unbearably loud furniture outdated bed for a suite was hard the staff was one of the only bright spots everyone was super friendly and the Hereford house is a must eat

When we got to the room only one bed was made and that was strang. Wasn't sure if it was cleaned yet or not. Really wish the breakfast was included with hiw pricey the stay was.

We only stayed one night but found the service and staff very friendly and accommodating. My only bit of disappointment was that the breakfast buffet was not included in the price of the stay and was pricey at $15.

The room was run down and outdated. The blow dryer was broken and nearly caught fire when turned on. A very large centipede was seen on the bathroom wall.

The reason for thw raring was that the beds were hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable. The barhroom was outdated and neede improvements. Water pressure in shower almost none existent. And 9ce maker on 3rd floor had no.ice.

We got to the hotel at our check in time and there wasnt a room available for our reservation. So we decided to sit in the lobby and wait alongside a few other families. The lobby looked like it hadnt been cleaned in a while and there were spills and crumbs everywhere. After about 30 min of waiting we decided to shop while we waited. Finally at 5:30 we got the text saying that our room was ready, two hours after our scheduled check in time. Once we got to our room and entered i realized that the room wasnt the room that i had paid for. So i had to go downstairs and get a refund for the price difference or the room we were in. The staff were very helpful and did the best they could. Overall it was a dissapointing experience.

Caulking of the the bathroom, vanity & tub, was a mess. The railings on the pool & hot tub are not secure. Definately needs updating. I expected & certainly hoped for more from a Hilton Garden property.

staff was very nice. but would not have stayed if we knew that you had taken out the fire pit. there was no perk to staying you had to pay for breakfast.
