We were in town for a wedding. Arrived late of Friday night and the parking lot was well lit. The room was clean and we were checked in at the front desk very quickly. It was conveniently located to the wedding venue; it was just a 3-minute drive toThe Millbottom.

Checking in was made difficult by the front desk staff. She didn’t inform me of the location for the complimentary breakfast and was unfamiliar with finding 3rd party reservations in the system. The room had a leaking shower that had to remain turned on without water pressure to stop dripping. The H-vac system also leaking from the top.

The room was clean but it was very loud as we could hear water running from other rooms. The dining upstairs was disappointing.

Excellent condition. Very nice upgrade and property was nice. Quiet. Clean. Staff was wonderful. No dining close by but the Saphire restaurant was sufficient.

Liz at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. Wife's cell phone charger broke and Liz offered her personal charger to charge our phone.
The free cookies at checkin sealed the deal.

Hotel is a little out dated except for the lobby. Overall it wasn't horrible and the cookie was a nice touch!
