Our stay was great, the bed and pillows were comfortable. The AC worked well. However the shower water did not get as hot as I wanted to but that didn’t bother me as much as I thought it would.

The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable but it showed some signs of needing some minor attention (the vent in the bathroom was rusted. The location was great and we had no issue getting a Lyft to get to the FSU game. This was a great value for money.

Check in was terrible, took almost 30 mins because they only had one person checking people in. And the person being checked in was taking forever. Huge line formed.

Place was nice and the room was comfortable (other than the sofa bed, that was like sleeping on the floor). We were a little disappointed because there was no pool as listed on the property detail but they had a complimentary wine/beer night. Staff were super nice and welcoming. And never had an issue with parking. Went visit kid at FSU, this was a great location close enough to school and food options.

There was a dead rat in the parking lot and roaches in the food. The first room I was in had a huge water leak. You could tell because the ceiling was patched up. I instantly became congested and then asthmatic. Thank god the nice guy at the counter let me switch rooms or I could’ve had an asthma attack in the hospital. Wonderful staff but the place isn’t kept up with sadly. It’s not the staff’s fault, the owner must be neglecting it. If you don’t get to the root cause of mold from water leaks it will spread and get worse.

Five Star Staff!
The property is undergoing a renovation which caused a few minor hiccups but the professionalism and genuine kindness of the staff made up for any slight inconvenience! Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the complimentary cocktail reception in their new patio area. I can't wait to visit again to check out the new restaurant they're opening soon :) Bravo to Violet and her enthusiastic front desk staff and to F&B Director Ed for delivering true customer service during our stay... Thank you!
