The Staff was polite, courteous, and very friendly. When I had a few concerning issues. They were quick to respond and resolved it in a timely matter. The room overall was nice and clean. It had everything I needed to make my time comfortable. The free breakfast was good. It had different options for you to choose from. I would stay here again when I plan to revisit Joplin, MO. in the near future.

Friendly efficient staff. Well lighted parking with easy entry. Walking distance to Cheddars. The pool was great! Only concerns were broken closet door and no towel bars in the bathroom sink area.

Beds were uncomfortable- new mattresses are needed. A parking fee of $3 seems ridiculous especially for a hotel right off the interstate.

Loved the location of our room with a sliding glass door leading right to the basketball court and pool. Breakfast was good, lots of options and well stocked.

Hotel was great - outside smell was not good
Our stay was wonderful. The hotel was nice and clean on the inside. Great location next to great restaurants and SAMS - but there was a smell outside the hotel that was like a dead animal or something. It was hard to be outside with the smell.
