Very clean room. Quiet area. Breakfast was decent but quality could be better. Staff was incredible. Friendliest staff I’ve seen in years.

the heater in my room made a loud racket when it started to heat. woke my up mutiple times in the night.

Staff was very friendly. the gym was nice and clean. i have been coming to Joplin for several years for a work conference and this year the room had an odd odor (actually reminded me of air fresheners or cleaners used at nursing homes) and you can tell that upkeep has not been happening.

The Staff was polite, courteous, and very friendly. When I had a few concerning issues. They were quick to respond and resolved it in a timely matter. The room overall was nice and clean. It had everything I needed to make my time comfortable. The free breakfast was good. It had different options for you to choose from. I would stay here again when I plan to revisit Joplin, MO. in the near future.
